Dynamic number of same information

Hello,

I have a section in a form that I am working on where I ask a client to provide the name, SSN, date of birth, and address for each of their children. How can I ask them how many children they have and, if they have children, then populate these questions for each child?

You can try using the Configurable List widget which will allow your users to add multiple rows of data, one row per child.
