about free plan limit /upgrade to paid plan

I am using a free trail jotform for a business and realised that the submissions is already used half of a free plan limit.

Would you please tell me that

・When the limit of the free plan comes, will i receive an email notice?

・If i regisiter a creditcard and choose a paid plan now, will it upgrade automaticaly when the free plan limit have used?

・When I upgrade to a paid plan, the submissions(forms) will remain?

Yes, usually we send two emails. One as a warning that you've almost used up one of your limits, and another one if your forms will be disabled already due to the overlimit.

・If i regisiter a creditcard and choose a paid plan now, will it upgrade automaticaly when the free plan limit have used?

When you add a credit card, it will charge you automatically and will be autorenewed monthly/yearly depending on your chosen plan/term. If you reach your current plan's limits, it will not automatically upgrade to the next higher plan.

We will not change anything on your forms or submissions. When you upgrade, only your limits are increased.
