My customer used this form: http://www.foxmls.com/Flash-Page-Choice-15-minute-Listing.html

It then emailed a link to this form: http://form.jotform.us/form/31774113523145?

They were on the 5th page and when they hit the button to go to page 6 it went into a continuous save mode.

I told them the form should save the data up to that point.  He said it was gone.

Is there a method that I can bring up a the from and see partially completed forms?

    Hi,

I assumed you are using our Save Form Continue Later function using Session URL? I've check your form and everything is working fine on my end, I can proceed to page 7 and so on.

    Here's the session URL: http://form.jotform.us/form/31774113523145?session=vince.

Can you please ask them to clear their browsers cache and cookies then try to fill up the form again.

-You can use the current method with the session URL. You can also use our function, check this guide: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature | Save Form Entries to Continue Later

    Thanks

for this question: "Is there a method that I can bring up a the from and see partially completed forms?"

What I mean, lets say you are completing one of my forms  and you decide to come back later.  Can I see the data that you have input up to the point when you walked away?

    @ Barkley

Yes, this one should help: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature | Save Form Entries to Continue Later.

    If you checked the guide,

"It will make the form to autofill with the last updated info, if  users  accidentally close the windows or refresh the screen while filling the form out, the info will be still there!! Once you submit the form, it will autocleared."

In other words, if you are on the filling process and something happens with your browser or you decided to continue it later, you can simply close the browser. Later, if you opened the same browser and load the form, the saved data will be automatically autofilled to the form. Note that this feature only works on the same browser where you are filling the form.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

    @ Barkley

Just to let you know, the process involve in saving the data to the computer was via cookies.

So, the only way to see the saved data will be on the same computer.

No. you will not be able to view the data on your end, the still incomplete form/data that the customer have done. For you to be able to see it, you must go to that computer and use its browser.

Only the completed submissions are those that you can view in your JotForm account.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

I use the method of saving that uses an e-mail and page breaks to save the data.  It is my understanding that method does not use cookies, but is saved on your servers and can completed from a different PC.  So, the data must be on your servers.

Actually if you use the method below, it will be using a browser feature in the client side (your computers) that involves cookies

However, if you use this other workaround,  then your users will be able to return a at a later time and continue filling the form out
