clients are attempting to upload files into forms and are receiving error messages saying they can't upload the files. this then wipes all their answers. not all clients are experiencing this but it is very frustrating for those that do.

do you have a save as you go feature for hipa compliant forms?

    thank you

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. What is the error message for file upload? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message, and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Please note that "Continue Forms Later" feature is available in HIPAA compliant form. Its just that your user will have to create an account when they click on save button to save data in session for HIPAA compliant form.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
