Notification E-mail - Recipient email is not updated

    Dears, 

    Please we need your support to check Notification E-mail feature as recipient email is not updating our new email (while we are sending test email)..

    Hi,

    I checked your form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipient listed in the notification. The email is also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

    Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving the email notification.

    Please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
