Email address is blocked?

    Hey there,

    So today I tried to create a form for my new website, I have never had a problem with jotform before, always been super easy to use but today I got this error message when adding my email to the recieving end of a form

    "This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us."

    the email I am using is a new one

    If anyone could help me solve this, it would be much appreciated thanks!

    I checked your email "" in the bounce list and it's not there. I think one of my colleague removed it for you. We'd apprecaite if you could make a test in your end, it should now be fine.

    We have issues with our email notification system as of the moment which affects your email address to end up in the bounce list. Our higher team are now working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible. You can read the complete details about this issue in our support forum page:
