Customers experiencing a broken form

    I'm using a self created order form, and customers are experiencing difficulties using it. Either it doesn't submit, it won't let them select a date from the date picker, or it just sits and spins the wheel not doing anything.

    This doesn't seem like something on my end because the form is still active and working, is this an internal problem within Jotform? I need to rectify this ASAP as this is my only way of taking order submissions currently.

    I have tested your form on your website and it seems to work as expected.


    I do not see any errors in the browser console that would prevent the form from submitting.

    I checked on both Firefox and Chrome, no problem.

    If you were able to reproduce the problem, please take a screenshot of your browser console and upload it here.
