Problem receiving forms in emails

    The email address for is able to receive confirmation emails with form data, but we are unable to see text added to the bottom of the form. We received a message that this address is blocked when we were changing the address under Notifications.

    Can we maybe be unblocked?

    Hello cariocaproductions, I hope you don't mind my reply here.  It's about your form (which I looked at as an example of that sort of form).  Anyway, your form says that one must be 18+ years old, but it also says: MUST BE BORN ON OR BEFORE 9/26/1995. 

    I don't know if this a real form or a test form; but if it's a real form, did you know that, currently, that birthdate (the 9/26/1995) would make your guests only 17.  And, I presume that you know that you will have to change that date daily to ensure that it would always calculate to 18 years.  If your form is set to calculate daily, what did you do to make it that way?

    Thanks for the response. It is still just a test at the moment, but we're trying to go live as soon as possible. The event we're selling tickets for is available only to adults 18 and over, but it takes place starting on 9/27/2013. The host doesn't care if someone is 18 or not now as long as they are 18 by the time the event starts. So, as long as the birthdate is on or before then, they have no problems with it. The event also happens to be in another country, so the host must verify their passport. In this way, we have a real-world check in place on minors attempting to make purchases. Unless they go to the trouble of getting a fake ID and passport, lying on the form will do them no good, and they'll be out quite a bit of non-refundable money.

    Hi, your email account is not in the bounce list, so emails were being sent properly at this time according to the email logs.

    But the other email account was bounced listed due to the ff: reason

    Result: is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : Amazon blacklisted.


    I had removed it from the lists already, it should be fine by now.

    But I do suggest that you change the Sender E-mail to for now to make sure that the emails are not bounce again.
