Edit old submission

Hello, I wish to ask you about the form which is company send me with email. When I complete the form I did not have jotform account and submit it. But now I have to change some information in that form. How can I do this? Is it possible?

If you already submit a form and the notification email don't have the edit link my recommendation is to contact the form owner.
