Camera widget and displaying the photo in a Notification and Response email

Hi - I am designing a simple support request form and using a camera widget to add extra information but would like the camera image to show up in the Notification and Response emails - can you let me know how to do this

The photos uploaded with the Take Photo widget will be displayed inside of the Email Alerts.

The uploaded photo is not shown inside of your Email Notification, because the value of the upload field is incorrect inside of the Notification. Please delete the existing Email Notification and create a new one to resolve the issue.

Your Autoresponder Email is also not set properly. The Recipient Email of the Autoresponder Email should be the Email field.
