Your account is not diabled on my end. Perhaps one of my colleagues has re-enabled it. Please clear your browser cache and try to log in again.

When a customer came to my site not I receive notifications

I also was able to test your form and see the Thank You page after I successfully submitted.
Can you please check again. Inform us if you are still having issue with the form.
