Hello, just following up to see if you have had any luck in finding the DocuSign API used. Our project is at a bit of a standstill until we can get that information. Would it be useful to have DocuSign try to contact you directly? 

Unfortunately, we haven't got any information on what DocuSign API is being used in our system.

However, I was wondering, may I ask why you need that info specifically from JotForm?

If you are developing something and require assistance to call DocuSign API but don't know which API to call, I think it is best to contact DocuSign so they can help you on your development.

Hello, we have created a form using JotForm and are needing to send that form to DocuSign in a very specific way. By default, your DocuSign widget sends the document in "completed" form. We are needing to change this and have been in contact with DocuSign in relation to this. They have informed us they need to know the specific API you are using for the DocuSign widget so they instruct us further. Would you recommend they contact you directly for this information?
