Quizform Results page not showing?

I have a quizform filled with correct answers for the following forms,

https://form.jotform.com/abledales/animal-farm-chapter-1-questions

https://form.jotform.com/abledales/animal-farm-chapter-2-questions

But instead of the quizform results page where my students can see the score they get, I get this other page after submit which you can see below. Both forms have been set to show the quizform link after submission in settings

I've checked your form and I see that you have a condition set up for the thank you page. The conditions have a missing field that is no longer included in your form, which is the TotalPoint field. 

It seems like the custom thank you page you have in your condition still triggers. Please remove the conditions, so that it will redirect to the right link you've set in the Thank You page.
