Is there a way to share a form in the middle of it's being filled out?

I am making forms for Administrators of Nursing Homes/Care Facilities. I am trying to see if there is a way they can fill out the form and then send it to their Providers to add their signatures before they "submit" the form.

Hello Ethan! Yes it is possible. You'll have to implement a workflow top accomplish this. The way it would work is as follows:

1. Administrators of Nursing Homes/Care Facilities will fill the Form and submit it.
2. On submission an email with the Form link will be sent to their Providers.
3. Providers will then open the Form, read the details and provide their signatures. Once done, they'll submit the Form.
4. Then an email will be sent to the Administrators informing them that the Providers have signed the Form.
