Account suspended

    I have the free starter plan because I use the forms no more than 20 times a month. All of a sudden it wont let me use any forms or submit any forms. It says I need to upgrade to the bronze package to continue...  Is this free plan no longer available?  Can you fix it so it continues?  Thanks for your help.

    There was a miscalculation of your form's usage, which made your account automatically suspended for being over limits.

    The issue is now fixed.

    Hello, I just tried to use the form and it is not allowing me again. it says to upgrade.  Can you help?

    Hello @MorrisRealty

    Your account is currently using 125.58 MB of upload space. The limit for free accounts is 100MB.

    You can check your accounts numbers any time by clicking your profile image followed by Settings -> Usage, or via this link:
    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    To free up the upload space, you'll need either to upgrade your account or delete submissions. Please follow the steps below:

    1) Make sure you download a backup of all your submissions.
    Guide: How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files

    2) Go to your form's submissions and delete them partially or completely. Submissions with large files, especially, will free up the upload space.
