Upload space limit not refreshed after removal of submissions

    I'm getting the message that we've hit our cap for the upload space. I've gone into our account and deleted all but 4 form submissions. We shouldn't be dealing with this problem. Can someone help me figure out why I can't see the trash to full remove things we don't need and get my forms back up? I have clients waiting to submit a form.

    Entries stored in a Trash section still consume the space. You may clear the entries stored in the Trash section of the Inbox to free up space.
