I only receive partial results.

    We apologize for inconvenience. If I understand correctly, you were referring to the submission email of the form. If this is not it, please elaborate further and provide clarity so we can properly check on the issue.

    If the submission emails were incomplete or does not contain all the data, it could be the Email template of the form is no longer up to date to the current version of the form. 

    You can easily fix this by re-creating the Notification Email of the form.

    You will need to remove/delete first the current Email template to re-create it.

    Sorry I wasn't clear.   I've chosen not to receive the information in an email.  The complete form information is not appearing under form submissions -- only partial information.  How can this be fixed?  Thank you.

    I checked your form submissions and can see empty fields.


    However, when I checked your form, I can see that fields are not marked as required, as such, your users can just skip those fields. If you need them to fill out each fields, please mark them as required.



    If you are having a different issue, please explain in detail and share some screenshot whenever possible. We may also need to do some test submissions on your form if the issue persists.

    Vanessa -  Thank you for your response.  Yes, some fields are not required,BUT when they are filled out the submission does not include the responses.  Would it be possible for you to complete the form so you can see what I am referring to?  Thanks.

    As advised by my colleague, kindly set the field to required if you want the field values to be received.

    I did  a test submission using a cloned version of your form and all fields are showing at my end.

    If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot or kindly share to us the fields that has the missing values.

    To test your form and submissions, I've made a test submission with inputs indicating it was from Jotform support. Could you please check your inbox now? I think reason behind that issue was that some of the fields were hidden from inbox; I've selected all of them and they appeared:

    As a recommendation, you can also use Inbox option to check your submissions with more organized and specified layout:
