Invalid Link due to suspended account

Hello, I have created a jotform account and when trying to activate my account through my email link I am receiving an 'Invalid Link' notification. Please advise how I can fix this.

You have form that capture login for social media accounts. The form violates the Terms of Use.

We can only request for consideration after you comply to the terms and agree to delete the form/s on the account.
