same form showed up 4 times in the inbox

We did a test input of a form and it came 4 times over the course of 24 hours even though the button was only pushed one time.  What is happening?

After checking your form Tattoo Consent Form, I can see that you do have 4 duplicate submissions. 

Did you fill out the form on a mobile device?

If so, it is possible that if you did not close the browser tab on your phone where you submitted the form, it could refresh every time you open your browser and cause duplicate submissions.

I went ahead and made a submission to your form with test data to see if there would be a duplicate and it seems that so far only one submission has been counted. Please keep an eye on your submissions over the next 24 hours and let us know if you see a duplicate of my test submission.
