How can I get my Airtable Integration to work?

Hello! 

I have recently been creating forms that will accept applications to my organization's programs. I have 4 different forms, each for a different program. For each of these forms, I have an integration with Airtable that will create records in two different tables in my Airtable base. For 3 of these forms, everything is working perfectly.

However, for my 4th form, it is creating the record in one of the tables, but not in the other one. I am confused because this integration looks exactly like the ones that are working perfectly, so I'm not sure about what the issue is.

thank you for providing the URL. I have compared the integration to one of your other forms, so far couldn't detect the cause of the issue. Can you please tell us which one is the table where no records get created, the "ASP Students" or the "ASP Applications"?

The table where the records don't get created is the "ASP Students" table. I thought about just deleting this form and re-creating it, so I could definitely try that if you believe that it would help. It's so odd to me that I have 3 other forms that work perfectly, and that are almost this exact same format.

I have tested the AirTable Integration with my sample form and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

Can you please try re-integrating your form with AirTable and let us know if the issue still remains?
