    Hi Zach, sure and yes I will most certainly check for you. I found both of your emails in our bouncelist so I've removed them. If you have further issues just let us know.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for your help. It looks like I am still blocked. I'm assuming it is blocked on both, but definitely the ymail account.

    Also, how long does a notification email typically take from the time the form is submitted. Is it usually within a few minutes?

    Hi Zach,

    First off, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I have checked these emails again and they are no longer in the bounce list, they should now be working fine. If not, we'd suggest using noreply@jotform.com as your notification's sender email address as this may help fixed this issue. Here's how:

    1. While on your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts

    2. Open Notification, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    3. Change the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and Reply-to Email to your  E-mail field, just like this:
