My form is not functioning properly

When I fill out my form on the miles section, on the bottom it adds it correctly. However, when i review my submission it is always zero(0) even through before submitting, it shows the correct total amount. 

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I tested your form, but I couldn't replicate the issue.  The same value I got when I received the form is what's showing on the submission page. 

I have cleared your forms caches.
