Fillable PDF template

    I'm looking to create a fillable pdf to keep in jotforms to fill in and email through the program whenever I need the form. Is that possible? I do not want to download the fillable pdf, I want it to stay in jotforms. Is this possible? 

    I created a fillable form, but I do not like how the completed email & attached pdf look. The completed form will be going to clients so it needs to be presentable. I also do not know where to find the pdf template I had previously created.

    While in your Form Builder https://www.jotform.com/build/201626784739062 , click on the dropdown arrow, and click-select the PDF Editor option.

    The PDF Editor will load and you can edit/customize the PDF document.

    When I click publish, it only allows me to download or open it in a link -
    but then that takes me to the form template I originally used to create the
    pdf which is not the format that I want to use. And even when I complete
    it, the pdf that is auto created is also not the same as the one I created
    in the pdf creator. Very confused!

    I assume this is the form you are referring to since this one has a PDF Form and a PDF Document, https://form.jotform.com/201564551333146.

    By default, the PDF Document and PDF Form created is based on your online form.

    If however you have customized any of them, the PDF Document and/or the PDF Form, then each of them will be tagged as a custom PDF Document and/or custom PDF Form and will no longer be automatically updated by the system if you update the other one.

    I compared your online form, PDF Form and PDF Document though, but I could not find any clear differences, aside probably on the fonts and sizes, but content and order of fields are just the same.

    Can you please point exactly where is the difference? Please share a screenshot and annotate the difference.

    Nonetheless, please note that you can always customize them again to be of the same format or create a new one which by default will be based on your online form.

    Note that you cannot attach a PDF Form in the email, only PDF Document.

    Thanks for the information. Yes, that is the form I was referring to.
    However, I figured out how to upload a pdf and created the form based on
    that which is better.
    The form and PDF are basically the same, but,
    I need the PDF to show a
    label for the bid amount. I do not know how to add the "total bid amount"
    label by the box on the pdf just as it shows on the form.
    Also, The paragraphs on the form I want to be editable too on the form...
    is there another type of field I should use? A majority of the info stays
    the same, but theres a couple things that will change each time.

    Also, I had previously clicked something and I was able to craft an email
    straight through jotforms - ive yet to be able to replicate that process
    again. Is that an option?
    When I complete a form, I want it to email straight to a client with only
    the pdf attachment, not the fields in the body of the email, but I also
    need to write in the body of the email before sending. Let me know if this
    is at all possible.
