Getting Form over quota warning message when accessing form?

Hello, I have a specific form that i keep getting the following error message. I do pay for a monthly silver subscription so not sure why I am getting this error?

Form over quota!

This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

I have checked the form you linked and it currently has an active status.

The form also shows when I load it on my web browser and I'm not seeing the Form over quota warning message.
