Shadowbox/popup box effect

I am making a form where I need to give a quick explanation of something.  I would like to have interactive text like the Terms and Conditions but say something like "Click here to see policy" or have it be customizable text for other uses.  When they click a shadowbox or small pop up box/window pops up and the text is there for them to read.  They can hit the x/closse and close the shadowbox/window and continue with the form.

Is there a way to do this? Also the text in the shadowbox/window would need to be format-able to the extent of tabs and indents as I have sub-points to point out.

    Thank you

Is what you are looking for similar to the workaround explained in this guide?

If, in any case, it is not what you are trying to achieve in your form, please do not hesitate to let us know and give us more details about your requirements.
