Not receiving email notifications.

    I made some edits to our forms today but i have been alerted that they are now not being sent to the email address provided ul***rcou*** please help thank you

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been checking your forms and I see the email recipient configured indeed, I've checked your email history and it seems like the emails have been sent to your address. 

    May you confirm if the emails did not end up on the spam/junk folder? 

    If you find the emails there, you can mark them as not spam and add our sender to the contacts list. 

    Let us know how it goes.

    I think we only missed 1 or 2. But they are coming through again thank
