PayPal Billing: Update Username

Would like Username to be CeaseFireProds instead of RBatsuli. How do I update this?

I can see that you are paying your monthly subscription through PayPal.

Your PayPal subscription is tied to your current username so it needs to be canceled before changing the username.

Please cancel your subscription to downgrade your account to Free so that we can change your username.

You can then upgrade the account again once we change the username.

Please note that if you had custom URLs, they will no longer work now that the username has been changed. So you will have to create them again.

I have downgraded my account. What are my next steps for my username to change to CeaseFireProds

Based on your request, we have updated the username to CeaseFireProds.

Also, we have refunded the Bronze monthly subscription. You can upgrade your account once again with the same plan.

The refund should be processed in 3-7 working days.
