How can I integrate chargebee?

    How can I integrate chargebee as an emulator with authorize.net on my jotform.

    Unfortunately, we do not have integration with Chargebee, but you can use Zapier to integrate Jotform and Chargebee https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/chargebee.

    Okay, well I am using authorize.net with jotform. I had to people to pay and on jotforms end the payment went through, but authorize.net declined the payment bc of a billing error. Can you tell me how I can have a more strict payment processing experience. Authorize.net told me to get with you all regarding maybe coding. I’d like for payments to decline if this is the case, rather than allow clients to move forward with there purchase. Then a day later I find out it was declined

    Is your form embedded on any website? Would you mind letting us know the form in question? What was the reason that the payment was declined by Authorize.net?

    Could you please share more information on the error at Authorize.net side?

    It's not embedded, all my sites have links that redirect to jotform.com. The form in question is the "Special one time offer $25". The reason it was suspended was due to billing information for both customers. 


    Transaction Status:  Declined  (Authorization with the card issuer was successful but the transaction was declined due to an address or ZIP code mismatch with the address on file with the card issuing bank based on the settings in the Merchant Interface.)

    Based on the error message provided, it seems that the issue is related to the AVS (Enhanced Address Verification Service (AVS) Handling Filter) settings in your Auth.net account.

    Could you check your Auth.net account and see if the AVS filters are set correctly? You may also try disabling the filter temporarily to see if you are able to process the payments normally.
