How can I send the registration form to my clients via email?

HI, I run small business and want to be able to send jot form via email as I need my clients to sign the form. 

Is this possible?

Also, I am unlikely to receive more than 20 forms per month. Does it mean I won't have to pay for my membership?

In a starter account, you get 100 submissions each month so if you would receive 20 submissions per month then you may keep the account on the free plan.
