Upgrade won't work

    Hi there,

    I tried to upgrade the account and I got an error 3 times.

    Now the credit card got charged 3 times and the account is not upgraded.

    Please correct the booking and upgrade the account thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    If you have tried to upgrade the account "verwaltung.eds.hn", then I can see that it is still on the Free plan. We have not received any payment towards this account. Hence if amount was charged on your card, it will be reversed.

    What error did you receive while upgrading?

    Please clear your browser cache and re login into your account and then upgrade OR login into your account from an incognito/private browser window and then upgrade.

    If the card option is not working out, you can also try upgrading using the PayPal payment method.
