Hi,
I am looking to set up Jotforms for people to submit information to my company before a meeting. I would need additional information added to the form during the meeting as a form of notes and would need to share the amended form with the original sender? -

You are able to enable submission edits on your form.
One of the ways is to add an edit link to the Autoresponder email. You first need to open the Autoresponder:
From there, you can add the Edit link from the Form Fields dropdown:
