Quiz Form App: Unable to save quiz form more than once or twice

    Hi, I had two problems with the quiz app and would like to know if they are bugs.  

    1. I lost everything I saved after clearing cache in browser.

    2. I couldn't save any more changes after saving the answers once or twice. (Note that it would work with a newly created clone.)

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your message.

    1) Can you please let us know have the changes you made to the quiz not saved? Please make sure you click the Save Quiz button after you are finished with the changes:

    2) Can you please let us know are you getting any error messages when you try to save it? Can you please try to save the Quiz in another browser? Please let us know what browsers you have tried.

    Hi, to answer:
    1. I use 'Orderable Field' and 'Multiple Choice'. I had problems saving both after pressing 'Save Quiz'.

    2. No, I am not getting any messages when I press the save button. I am using Chrome on MacOS. Quiz app couldn't open using Safari. Should I change to another browser?

    Can you please test the Quiz App in the Firefox if you have it? If not, please test it in Incognito Widow as well, and let us know if this resolved your problem.

    Hi, I tried both browsers, Incognito and Firefox, but neither worked. None of them allowed me to save anything after the last saving.

    FYI, Chrome worked for me for about 2 savings. After that, the app didn't allow update anymore; 'Save Quiz' couldn't save any change.

    Please suggest.

    Hi,

    I have cloned your form and attempted multiple changes to the cloned form and cleared the cache, but was unable to replicate the issue.

    When creating a new clone are you able to save multiple times or are you facing the same issue after saving a few times?

    >I was able to save for the 1st time and 2nd time at least using a new clone. Note I am using a Mac.

    are you facing the same issue after saving a few times?

    >Yes, I was not able to save after saving a few times but not too sure after which time.

    May we ask for the console logs when you're unable to save?

    I am getting another problem now. I couldn't even open the quiz I managed to save earlier.

    I have tried setting up a quiz form using a cloned version of your form in Mac using the Chrome browser and I was not able to reproduce the issue you are having.

    The quiz was saved as expected and I didn't get the same error message you showed us in your screenshot.

    I tested the form and here's the result.

    Perhaps you can tell us how your quiz is set up exactly. And, can you also tell us the version of Google Chrome you are using? Here's the version of the Google Chrome I used in my test above.

    Please also tell us if there are any extensions enabled on your Google Chrome browser. And, only if possible, can you try temporarily disabling the extensions while setting up your quiz on the Quiz Form app, please?

    I tried on two browser, the next one is newly installed. i am getting the same issue: quiz couldn't show results.
