Tool room forms

I was wondering if there is an option to have a list of tools with serial number, etc, and a finite qty of each.

If staff come to take out, then I have a database/spreadsheet then to connect this to, and total up.

At the top of the sheet, I can have taking out....

And then when returning, they select returning....

At the end of the day, we can check then what is in and out of the tool room inventory, and which staff member has what.

I did see some forms online but it doesn't seem like there is a link to a fixed set of items

In order to have finite quantity, I would suggest you to use the Quantity Gift Registry widget. You can find it here:

The widget is good for gift registries or any form with a list of items, which will be picked on a first-come basis. When the items on your list have run out, the widget will cross out the item as unavailable.

You can also download your submissions as an Excel spreasheet and manipulate this spreadsheet.
