Alternate non-U.S payment options

    Hi there,

    I love the templates and user-friendly platform you guys have!!

    I'm based in Singapore and own a small online bakery. May I check if there's a way to allow customers to submit a purchase without using the payment options available? Most of them are irrelevant given that they're mostly U.S. gateways; PayPal personal makes the most sense, but it's not the typical platform and therefore isn't the best payment method to provide.

    Neither do I want to use debit/credit - for cost-saving reasons !

    Would be great if you can advise on this, please.

    In order to receive payments, you should use some of our payment integrations. You can check them all here:

    https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/payment-processing

    However, you can also create payment form with the Purchase Order integration. This payment tool will allow you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration. In other words, no actual payments will be processed.

    If you want to sell your products or collect amounts and process the payment offline through check or wire transfer, you should use the Purchase Order payment field. You can check and follow this guide:

    is it possible to edit the 'thank you' form ? it's the page after submitting the purchase order.

    I tried the Purchase Order option, and it seems to work well.


    However,1592035847jotform error Screenshot 10 the product quantity / flavours input from customers are not showing up in the google sheet we created using the form we chose. 


    personal details, IP, and submission IDs do appear.

    Yes, you can always customize the Thank you page of your form. Here's a guide on Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page.
