Yes, I can confirm that the "GeoLocation" widget on your form is not working.

I can also confirm that the reason behind that is your invalid Google Maps API Key.

Please double-check the key and get back to us if the issue still persists.

How do I add a valid Google Maps API Key to the Geo Stamp widget?

    Hi,

    please follow this guide.

To summarize it for your convenience:

    1. Go to the Google Cloud Platform Console.
    2. Click the project drop-down and select or create a project
    3. Click the menu button and select APIs & Services > Credentials.
    4. On the Credentials page, click Create credentials > API key.
The newly created API key will be displayed

I hope this helps, please let us know if you require further assistance.

If it's the GEOSTAMP widget that you're using, then there's no need for an API key. Just add it to the form and that's it, no more configuration necessary.

The user should allow location-sharing when they access the form. If they blocked it, then there will be no data to be recorded:

Unfortunately, there is no option to capture the location if the user denies it.

Now, if it's the GEOLOCATION widget that you want to use, an API Key is needed. However, like the GEOSTAMP, the user should also allow location-sharing before the data can be captured.

The problem is Chrome is not asking for permission to allow location. I
tried siete configuration and location is not even an option. Any ideas on
    how to fix it.

Seems like you've deleted the the widget from your form.

Can you please add it again so we can further investigate?

I've submitted your form. I wasn't asked to grand access to my location, however, you can see my location included in the submission.

That's because the "Get Visitor's Location" widget does NOT require location permission at all.

As per the "GeoStamp" widget, I've been able to replicate the issue. It doesn't seem to work with Card Forms.

I've successfully escalated the issue to our developers to look into. Once we hear back from them, we will instantly update you via this support ticket.

Your patience and understanding are most appreciated.
