We are receiving duplicate submissions

    I am receiving a lot of duplicate submissions sometimes even days after the original submission.  Any reason this would be happening?

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    Since you have HIPAA enabled on your account, we are not able to access your submissions to check them. We will need to forward this problem to our developers. 

    Can you please provide the ID of submissions that are duplicated and their duplicates?
