HIPAA Business Associate Agreement adjustment

    Good morning,

    After signing an initial Business Associate Agreement, I was informed today that I was not authorized to sign on behalf of my company. The appropriate staff are currently reviewing the terms and will sign and return an updated agreement soon. Are there any steps I should take to ease this transition, and will it cause any loss of built forms on our account?
