Unable to view the signatures in the email

Hi I’m just wondering is there a way to see the persons signature as it’s not coming up on app or on the email. Thank you

Were you logged in while viewing the signature in the email? Please login to your account and then view the email you should be able to view the signatures.

Have you updated the JotForm mobile app? Please re-install the app and let us know if you are able to see the signatures?

Please be noted that if you have enabled the privacy settings in your account so you cannot view the uploads without getting logged into the account.

You can either uncheck these settings from the account or log in to your account before viewing these files.
