Created a Registration Form, How can we delete a registration

Hello, we created a successful registration form for residents to sign up to use a Recreation Center, however we are limiting 1 registration per household to eliminate future sign ups.  If we are denying someone's registration, is there a way to delete their registration so it doesn't mess up the forms formulas?

I checked your form and noticed that you use the Appointment field. Perhaps, you want to be able to free the selected slots.

You can delete a submission, in order to free a selected slot. Then the selected slot will become available to other respondents. You can delete submissions from the Submissions page.
