Question about Conditional Use

We want to use the conditional logic. We are having trouble. Depending on the answer to the question "How many children do you have" we want to populate the answer of "Name, Address and phone" 

Please explain how we can do this.

You should be able to achieve this by using the 'Update / Calculate Field' conditions.

You can populate another field with a current value or assigned calculation value.
