Ordering multiple products

Under the Athletic Pass Section and the ordering, we would like to be able to purchase multiple of each item and have it add up the section.  

Ex.

Century Club Card x 1 = $150

Student Pass x 2 = $40 x 2 = $80

Total due:  $230

 

Which widget is best for this?  I don't think the one that I used is correct.

Is there a reason that the "Product List" option is not available for this form? I used it in another form and seems to be the simplest answer to my problem (see below).

The Product List option is grayed out on your form because you have a Square Payment field. 

Please note that only one payment field can be added to a form. If you want to use the Product List instead of Square, you need to remove the Square payment field from the form.
