So the idea here is to have person A send the from to person B for signature, the thing is person B already has some information on a pdf document that needs to be imported to the form he doesn't type it again, I can make the form with the same pdf that will be ''I guess uploaded'' so the fields can match.

Is this something that can be done?

    Hi @zonaoptimus

Unfortunately, it would not be possible for person B to make it happen by herself. You would have to keep her information in a way you could prepopulate the form for her.

    There are two alternatives here.

First one is to use our Spreadsheet to Form widget:

In this case, you would be responsible for keeping the data updated.

The other option is to prepopulate fields using URL parameters:

Please have a look and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Let me re-frase this. The form I made was created from a pdf and currently is attached to that pdf, so when the form is filled out the pdf is filled, but here's the thing, the salesperson (person A) already has some information filled out on a pdf file which identical to the one being used in the form, so in order to send the form right now, they need to re-type all that info into the form, what I am asking is if the salesperson can instead upload that already completed pdf to the forma and have the fields be transferred over to the form in the correct place (as is the same pdf and the forms field also match the pdf currently) from there the sales person will finish up completing anything else they need and send it to the customer.  does that make sense? Is it possible?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid there is no automated way to achieve your requirements within our forms. The salesperson would have to type in the information in the PDF file to the online form manually.

How would you like to consider uploading the PDF file to a File Upload field in your form instead? Would that work for you?

This, however, would not be ideal if you are trying to get the information in the PDF file so you can print it later.

In addition to my answer earlier, I would like to inform you that we have the Spreadsheet to Form widget. The widget lets you fill the fields in your form with data from an Excel file using a unique code. If you are interested and would like to try it on your form, here's a guide that would surely help you set it up. How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
