    Hi,

Please detail me how to receive all the data from the submission by email and pdf. My use is for photographer contracts and does not contain HIPPA info.  Currently i only see a way to get the user input data rather than all the date ie contract.

    Thanks

Hi! Submitted data is emailed by default to the Form Owner (in this case, you) and the Form Submitter (your users, who'll be filling your forms).

These email alerts are called notifications (emails sent to form owners) and autoresponders (emails sent to form fillers). You can find out more about how to set these up here: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

You have the option to attach PDF submission reports too with these emails. These PDFs will basically consist of everything that has been filled by your users. Format of these PDF reports is also editable just like you edit your forms.

I recommend reading this blog post: https://www.jotform.com/blog/jotform-pdf-editor/ and this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

Most of your questions should be answered by the resources I provided above. If you still have questions, feel free to let us know.

Currently i only see a way to get the user input data rather than all the date ie contract.

Please elaborate this part of your query.

    Thank you!
