    Hi There,

Just signed up and am loving your system. But when I submit a video through the form that's link to my google drive and try to click on the link, it just gives me a 404 error. I assumed the videos would be uploaded straight to the G Drive, but all I'm seeing is a PDF form witha. link to a broken 404 link on your website.

Hello Joseph! With Google Drive integration filled-in form data along with the file uploads are sent to the Google Drive. This means that you'll have a PDF of the text fields and the actual copy of you video files in your Google Drive.

On your "Video Submissions" form, I noticed that you have 2 submissions.

    1. The submission made using the name "Joseph Gilbert" has the file uploaded correctly, so it should be downloadable from both JotForm as well as from Google Drive.

    2. On the other hand, file uploaded under your other submission (made with the name "brent burghdorf") wasn't properly uplaoded (I see a "404 Not Found" error on accessing this uploaded file). It is not downloadable from JotForm; it should not be downloadable from Google Drive as well.

You can view form submission for your form using this link: https://www.jotform.com/inbox/201636278926160/4678088156913661919

This issue can occur sometime due to network issues but the probability is very low. I believe you should be able to successfully upload your files from your form to your GDrive. I've tested this functionality at my end and it is working without any problems.

If you still encounter any issues, try re-integrating Google Drive with your Form (remove the integration, then add it back again; this will reset the configuration).

In case your problem doesn't get solved, feel free to get back to us.

    Thank you!
