As the webmaster, I am responsible for the website and so on of our site. But if someone fills in a form, to show interest in our club, I would like the form also have sent to our president. Now I have to forward it manually to her.

You can change the email notification settings and add the email address of your president there.
You can read more about checking your email notification settings on this link.
Then you can add multiple email addresses in the Recipient E-mail field, by separating each email address by a comma (,).
example: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com
