    Hello Megan,

    Your account is suspended since all forms in your account were found using copyrighted logo:

    Free accounts with free domain who have copyrighted logos on their form/s on their registered Jotform accounts are suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate the account, we need to remove the logo from all forms.
