How do I keep from getting multiple form submissions?

To clarify, are you receiving duplicate submission or do you your form respondents to only submit the form once?

If you want your form respondents to be able to submit the form once, you can enable unique submissions in your form settings.

I am getting duplicate submissions and I'm pretty sure it's because the page is refreshing in mobile browsers. I want my users to be able to save the data that is in the form because they use the form frequently and some of the data remains the same for them. I just want to stop getting the duplicate submissions.

Yes, it is possible that when the page is not closed properly while submission and when reopened, loads the page again causing a duplicate submission.

To prevent that, you can set up Unique submission option in your Form settings as mentioned by my colleague above. This will prevent multiple submissions on the form, while allowing your users to save the data too, while filling the form.

I tried that - I went in and set it to 'check cookies only.' When I had it set that way, it would only let me submit the form once. I need to be able to submit the form multiple times, I just want a way to prevent it from inadvertently submitting when the page is refreshed or the user opens the page while there is data saved in the form.
