Creating a donation form

Hi,

Is it possible to create a donations form where a user has an option to choose from the following options:

Interval: One-time, monthly, annually

Amount: $20, $50 or enter desired amount

Enter billing details and checkout using CyberSource payment gateway?

Yes, it is possible.

I believe you want to set up a recurring payment for the donations. If yes, you can setup these items as subscriptions inside the Cybersource payment field itself.

It is possible to replicate the logic of this form. Along with the tools mentioned above by my colleague, you'll need to use some basic fields for each of the values, and a Form Calculation widget.
