Currently I can only view 2020 address data from submissions. How do I access 2019 submission addresses?

Your inquiry is not that clear to give you a precise answer.

All submissions under account can be viewed anytime regardless of submission date.

To download submissions within a specific time frame, refer to my screenshot below:

If I, in any way, have misunderstood your concern, I will be more than happy to assist you further.

Address records abruptly end January 2, 2020. When submissions is chosen
    there is no "range" query.

Assuming you're referring to the " Flite-Metal & Rosie Riveter Order Form ", please note that all submissions prior to 2020 properly show up when Time-frame filter is applied as shown below:

This all can be found under Submissions Page of your form.

As I stated. Any record beyond 2020 does not contain an address. Can you
please suggest something I am failing to do? I have clicked on the
categories for display and the address filter is checked but no addresses
are shown if older than 1-01-2020.

The address is supposed to appear on the far right of the record.

    I understand you now.

Submissions prior to 2020 indeed seems to be missing data for the "Address" field.

Also, viewing those submissions via Form Inbox is no difference.

My best guess is that the "Address" field wasn't created before that date, that's why there are no associated data.

Can you please confirm that the said field was added to the form before 2020, so we can further investigate?

    Thank you...
An education is a painful experience. Thankfully I have my PayPal records
    as a backup...though
    very time consuming.

Does this mean that you confirm that the "Address" field was created before 2020, and there's nothing wrong with our system?

Sorry I confused you. By my deleting and replacing the customer information
fields I deleted the data myself.

Thank you for confirming. Although we are glad you were able to figure out what caused the issue with your form submission data, we are sorry to hear about the data you've lost when you deleted and replaced the custom information fields in your form.

For any future questions about your forms and/or account, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I had not found any warning when deleting fields and replacing with another
using the "tools" within Jotform the "historical" record from the edited
field would be lost. Perhaps I overlooked the warning. If it does not
    exist, it should.

When attempting to delete a form field with submission, you always see the warning/prompt below:

By the way, you can still restore all deleted submissions related to the "Address" field by reverting your form back to a previous check point. And this will also delete all submissions received after that date.

This may and may not work, but I think it's worth a shot.

After having lost the history files I dare not take a chance of the loss of
    2020 transactions.

You can have a back-up of all your current data by downloading them. If you don't think old data is worth the risk, then you may just keep your current data and make sure to think twice before deleting fields again.
