These are the only criteria you can use when you add the Input Table to the conditions:
May we know what exactly are you trying to achieve so we can check for a possible solution? What value in the Input Table and which field are you trying to hide or show?

If a user has ticked the red tick box then I would like to show a single choice question (say question 19).
If a user has ticked one of the blue tick boxes then I would like to show a single choice question (say question 20).

Question 19 – about cog impairment/ development delay [only show question if ticked in red box at q14]
Question 20 – about behvavoural problems [only show question if ticked in one of blue boxes at q15/q16 above]

Now, if you're referring to this:
I just checked that the checkboxes on the first row has a value of 1a to 1e. You can use them in the conditions.
First, add a calculation field to below the table and map the input table there:
Then use the value of the calculation field in the conditions. Here's an example:
